QA Engineer
Salt Lake City, UT
6month contract to hire
Pay Range: $35.00 - $45.00per hr / Salary Target: $75K – 85K

Job Description:
Our client is looking to add a qualified QA engineer to their team here in SLC, this individual will have to have a strong background with manual QA (automation experience is a plus) as they will be working closely with the scrum team to test software as they are taking a legacy website and moving it to a CMS
Required Skills:
  • 4+ years of experience with web based QA
  • Must have an understanding of object oriented programming
  • Experience working in SQLqueries, and database concepts
  • Experience using postman or similar tools
  • Experience with API testing
  • Help with production troubleshooting and issues
  • Must have experience with selenium, and Qmetry for testing scripts
Bonus/Soft Skills:
  • Must be a team player
  • Have the ability to collaborate with other departments and communicate effectively with other teams
  • Have the ability to write test cases and test plans
  • Detail oriented
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Enjoy sharing ideas with, and learning from, other team members
