Quality Assurance Analyst - Long Term Contract

In this role: As a part of the the eAccess Registration and Helpdesk team, you will be responsible to onboarding new applications into eAccess, supporting other teams and applications that interface with eAccess, and providing helpdesk support to users on questions related to eAccess functionality, debugging issues and escalating code issues to the development/maintenance team.

Required Qualifications
  • Must have a 4 year college degree
    Must have at least 5+ years of experience as a QA
    Must have at least 1+ years of experience using any one of the automated tools (such as Selenium / ALM / QTP etc.)
    Must have good requirements gathering and documentation skillsMust have worked in an environment where Agile methodology was used using tools such as Jira or VersionOne or similar
    Must have been within US for the last 5 years
    Good interpersonal skills
    Work well independently and within a team
    Proficient in Microsoft Office
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
