Job Description

Title: Sales Support Coordinator
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Duration: Contract-to-Direct hire, Long-term
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Hourly pay rate: $17-$18/hr

Job Responsibilities:
Provides support to field sales personnel and sales management, including company employees and independent reps.
Reports to the Director of Training and Sales Support
Contact with Sales personnel
Build and maintain effective working relationships with sales force.
Develop high levels of knowledge and expertise in assigned brands and product lines, to provide helpful, timely and relevant information to field sales channels as required.
Assist in the development and preparation of sales presentation materials.
Gather information on and organize project references, success stories, and images for use in the sales process.
Coordinate tradeshows, sales meetings and other events as assigned.
Assist in communication and tracking of sales incentives, contests, special orders and cross-brand sales.
Accurately track and document potential project and customer information through use of CRM systems.
Research and identify lead sources.
Identify, contact and pre-qualify prospective customers in a variety of market segments.
Introduce product lines to prospective customers through e-mail, phone, and other methods.
Provide feedback to marketing and the sales team on sales-cycle efficiency, lead distribution and management, and other analyses by territory, segment and product line.
Work cooperatively with Marketing, utilizing various tools and methods to increase leads and sales opportunities, and to track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

Job Requirements:
Advanced education and/or experience in marketing, sales or business administration.
1-2+ years of customer service related or sales support experience
Understanding of CRM principles and systems—familiarity and expertise with Dodge service a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Lead generation and qualification experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
Positive attitude and adaptability to changing conditions
Strong customer-service orientation and resourcefulness in finding information and solutions
Self-motivated and proactive

Experience that would be helpfull – but not required:
Administrative support in Sales Organization
Understanding of CRM principles and systems
Experience with Dodge service
Lead generation and qualification experience
