Salt Lake City

$36.00 to $39.00 per hour

Conversion Target: $65k - $70K

6 month contract to hire

Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Information Systems Support Analyst/ Helpdesk is the daily administration and support of Desktops, laptop, clients, telephone handsets, mobile phones and printers. They will manage the deployment of virtual endpoints. They will responds to internal user and IT requests in a timely, efficient and courteous manner.

Required Skills

  • 6+ years working as a Support or Systems Analyst, Enterprise level
  • Experience with Exchange, and Office 365, Windows, MS Office, VOIP telephony, PC desktop hardware and remote user support required.
  • Strong knowledge of endpoints and virtual desktops (VM)

Nice to have

  • LAN/WAN management/ Genesis
  • Cloud environment
