Pay up to: $150K, DOE


  • Manage design and commissioning of projects, inception through completion and have primary responsibility for managing client expectations and ensuring that delivery meets expectations.
  • Manage projects to meet client expectations for budget and schedule.
  • Lead Engineering teams in the delivery of mechanical systems, design, energy, and consulting on complex projects.
  • Contribute to engineering teams in diagnosing and solving construction and operational problems.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting mechanical systems on complex projects.
  • Provide relevant input at prospective client meetings, assist in project cost and schedule estimating
  • Help to prepare proposals, work to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Participate in training and mentoring of staff.


  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years exp.
  • PE in California for discipline of practice or ability to obtain through comity or reciprocity.
  • Design, coordinate and manage projects.
  • Collect field data and accurately record findings.
  • Apply engineering fundamentals to design of systems.
  • Preparation of floor, site, and other discipline plans.
  • Perform field review and make necessary adjustments to conform to job specifications.
  • AutoCAD, Revit and BIM knowledge preferred..
  • Working exp with Newforma, Microsoft tools; MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Deltek.
  • Ensure client relationship to maintain highest standard and exceed clients expectations through all phases; business development, proposals, design phases, construction, and post project follow up.


  • PE in California or ability to obtain through comity or reciprocity.
