Job Description
Our Client is looking for a Senior Trainer to add to the team. This individual's responsibility is to train their clients on the best practices of leveraging a payment options program and to provide coaching to internal sales professionals and about improved training delivery. The Senior Trainer will also partner with the instructional designers to create new content and iterate on existing content to improve training materials and reinforce best practices across all curriculum offered. Will conduct trainings to contractors in a variety of delivery formats, including in-person, live webinar, and recorded videos utilizing our client's sales and training strategy.
