Service Desk Coordinator
We are seeking a Service Desk Coordinator to greet and process all incoming/outgoing customers, monitor customer flow, answer telephone, schedule and confirm customer appointments, and process insurance information.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of related experience within a similar office environment
- 1 + yearscustomer service experience
- High school degree/GED required; AA or BA/BS in related field desired
- Proficiency in utilization of automated equipment and systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, manage priorities and ensure customer commitments/deadlines are met in a fast paced, progressive environment
- Help to maintain high level of office cleanliness per Covid protocol
