Subject matter expert who has implemented Servicenow in a financial institution
Experience with third party integration (ms azure, IAM platforms)
2 to 3 years of ServiceNow experience as Technical Project Manager/Implementation experience

  • Implementation experience on all ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service, Knowledge, Asset, etc…)

Description
You will provide in-house expertise in the matters of technical implementation, end-to-end system landscape, and application integration. You will be responsible leading projects from inception to closure. This includes, but not limited to, planning, design, requirements gathering/clarification, managing team of developers, risk/mitigation, status reporting, communication, process and technical improvements. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Understand business requirements for ServiceNow - Provide design and technical solutions for ServiceNow implementation - Provide end-to-end product architecture to ensure scalable, high performance landscape - Architect integrations with ServiceNow using LDAP, Single Sign-on, Mid server, Web-services, Email and several in-house applications and technologies - Perform technical configurations, application maintenance and house-keeping activities - Design security of the application, and own data security function - Configure alerts and baseline SLAs - Trouble-shoot technical issues related to ServiceNow application configuration and other technical issues.
