Target Salary: $90K - $110K
Job Description:
This is primarily a Project Manager, who is also a Scrum Master, a Business Analyst, and occasionally jumps in and helps the QA group do testing.  This is a very close to the work, get your hands dirty with everyone else on the team type of role.
Client is looking to fill two different roles on two different  teams that do not currently have someone on staff for this type of expertise. The company will really benefit from your help, guidance, and assistance in overseeing many of their strategic project initiatives.   You must have experience leading projects, as a PM as well as possess some business analysis skills to also be engaging with the internal and external clients.
The company has some Scrum Master practice which has been proven to be very beneficial. So these new roles will be introducing teams to iterative processes and three week sprint cycles.  You must have experience leading the Sprints and Scrum meetings.
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years Project Management experience
    • Experience establishing software deliverables, timelines, assigning resources, engaging clients on expectations
    • Experience leading software projects, preferably enterprise wide projects
  • 1+ year Scrum Master experience
    • Experience Leading Sprints and Scrums
    • Experience leading User Stories, Storyboarding
  • Jira – experience with project tracking, using in Scrum meetings, assigning user stories, sprint cycles, etc… 
Bonus Skills:
  • PMP
