Sr. C#/.NET Backend Developer

6 Month Contract-to-Hire
Contract Rate: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
Target Salary Upon Conversion: $110K - $140K

Job Description:
Our client is looking for an absolute rockstar backend developer that can immediately become an impactful team member. This is for a small 10 person development shop that is expanding quickly. Our client is looking for a Backend Engineer that is highly accomplished in all things C#/.NET. You will be developing in C#/.NET & SQL Server (2017). This person will partner with the Director of Development to set the technical and architectural direction for the future of the technology including implementing new progressive technologies! Experience with WinForms, Virtualization, MicroServices, Web API's, and ASP.NET are bonus skills.

Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of front to back Microsoft Technologies Development experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on C#/.NET & SQL Server Development experience
  • Deep understanding of multi-threading & networking (such as web sockets)
  • REST Api
  • Experience with Web Data Integration
  • Strategic Architectural Design experience
  • Experience with technologies being used to do data gathering, processing, automating, and publishing

Bonus/Soft Skills:
  • Experience with technologies being used to do data gathering, processing, automating, and publishing
  • C++, ASP.NET, Javascript, WinForms, Chromium, Elastic Search
  • Any experience with web scraping technologies
  • Job Systems experience
  • Virtualization, Microservices
  • AWS or Azure Cloud experience
  • LEAN Software Methodology
