Sr DevOps Engineer
Contract
Remote position must be in the USA onshore
Target Pay Rate $70/hr

Job Summary:
This is a Software DevOps role. Heavy experience and use of public cloud. Projects are continually be enhanced, refactored, and new software solutions published to the cloud. Support many software teams that are working in .NET, C#, and Java programming solutions. They are using both Docker and Kubernetes to take advantage of high availability solutions and continuous delivery systems.


Required Skills:
  • 5+ years DevOps experience to public cloud:
    • Creating continuous delivery & continuous integration for public cloud software programs
    • C#, Java. NET, and SQL databases
    • Azure and public cloud automation tools: Docker, Kubernetes
  • Experience working with large database systems using data in the Terabyte ranges
  • Working experience working with messaging service
  • Experience creating software application interfaces, and messaging services (MQ, Rest, WS, JMS, and similar)
  • Knowledge of design patterns for software integration solutions
  • Knowledge or experience working within a SAAS product software company
  • Experience working with large-scale, enterprise, and distributed systems.

Desired:
  • Bachelors Degree in a technical field: CS, IS, Math, Physics, Engineering
  • Healthcare or Insurance related software development industries
