Tier 2 technical support
Contract to Hire
Midnight 10pm – 8am
(Thurs – Sun, 4x10 hour shifts)
Salt Lake City, Utah location

Job Summary:
Technical support for MS Windows and Macintosh environment within a company of over 800 employees. Most of which are in Utah, others in locations across the US. This is their 'midnight' coverage shift. Most of the time will be phone, working help desk tickets, and rest of the time setting up and deploying computers, laptops, and ancillary computer devices.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years tier 2 or 3 technical support experience.
  • MS Windows and Macintosh (atleast 1 year supporting MAC)
  • Experience with Active Directory, GPO, Exchange – setting up, configuring, administering
  • Great experience working with help-desk ticket systems (list all on your resume)
  • Some light experience, or general knowledge with Linux
