Contract-to-hire: $60-$80 per hour / $120-$160k annual salary

Our client is in search of a Director of Customer Success to lead their Customer Success efforts. This is an exciting opportunity join one of Utah's most well-funded and fastest growing startups. You will work with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns, improve our product offerings, and enhance the overall customer experience

Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of Customer Success leadership experience
  • SaaS experience
  • Track record of successfully leading change management efforts
  • You have developed efficient and impactful customer success programs
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to deliver technical presentations that explain complex subjects to non-technical individuals
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
