Job Description

Our client, one of the largest Amazon Web Services (AWS) partner for data services, is looking for a CRM Dynamics Specialist to join their elite team of technologists to build and contribute to large-scale, innovative projects. Our client wants candidates who are eager to learn and grow with them as they work to move their market monitoring applications to modern big data platforms in the cloud where up to 60 billion market events are being processed each day.

If you are a fast learner, have a sharp mathematical and technical mind and are interested in working for one of the biggest data users in the country in a fast-paced, open source environment, our client has an immediate need for a Dynamics CRM Specialist.
 
Major Purpose:
A Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist who works under minimal supervision and provide solutions that are commensurate with their experience.
  
Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for maintaining the current MS CRM system
  • Troubleshooting ad hoc plugins and downloads
  • Assist in the creation of software engineering strategies that help identify and mitigate risks
  • Work with team members in peer review of code and resolution of defects
  • Interface with other team members and other teams in peer review of requirements, data specifications and software design
  • Provide feedback on processes by offering suggestions
  • Assist with adherence to technology policies and comply with all security controls
  • Ensure all work products meets /exceeds company standards
  • Independent thinking

 
  
Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline with at least 5 years of related experience
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
  • Experience with the Customer Service App and Knowledge Base
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM configuration and implementation
  • Full life cycle implementation
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in database technologies/ concepts
  • Past experience with developing enterprise quality solutions in an iterative or Agile environment
  • Knowledge of industry leading software engineering approaches including Test Automation, Build Automation and Configuration Management frameworks
  • Must have good interpersonal skills, be team focused and well-organized, as at times deadlines are tight
  • Should be well organized, thorough have the ability to handle multiple projects with deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships that improved the quality of work products
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have in-depth knowledge and experience of development tools and languages
