Image & Print Sales Manager

Pay Range: $55K + overrides + % of sales profits
Job Description:
Our client is one of the most established and well known technology service providers in the Las Vegas market! They are growing tremendously and with that looking for an experienced sales leader with a background in technology sales, particularly image & print technology. Additionally if you have experience with the managed IT services industry, that would be a BIG bonus!
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience selling IT, Technology Services or Solutions
- 1+ year of leading and mentoring an IT sales group
- Deep expertise in technology, IT, SaaS, or PaaS
- Proven success rate as a sales executive and excels at coaching up successful salespeople
- Servant leadership skills, i.e. showing the sales team how it's done vs. telling them how it's done
- Experienced with cold calling and in person selling
Bonus/Skills:
- Experience coming from the Image & Print services industry
- Experienced with Managed IT Services and/or Solutions
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly disciplined and strong strategic thinker and self-starter
- Experienced developing proposals and presentation strategies
