Job Description:
One of ConsultNets top clients are looking for a professional Accounts Receivable Clerk with a minimum of 2+ years hands on experience with NetSuite.
This candidate must have a 3+ years working within Accounts Receivable and at least 2+ specifically working hands on within NetSuite.
We are looking for someone who can
Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data
Prepare bills and invoices
Assist with confirming shipments prior to billing. Execute billing in a timely, accurate manner within NetSuite and customer systems (Amazon & CVS & Walgreens)
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Must Have
Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (Quick Books & NetSuite)
Amazon Vendor Central Experience
Proven working experience as Accounts Receivable Clerk or accountant
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
Nice to have:
Ability to work on a small but highly visible team
Capable of pivoting ad hoc projects as needed by clients and deadlines
