SuccessFactors Employee Central Analyst (remote)

Anywhere, USA

6month contract to hire

Pay Range: $60.00 - $70.00 / Salary Target: $140K + Bonus

Job Description:

Our client is expanding and with that looking for a strong, heavily experienced SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Analyst. This role is NOT for Employee Central Payroll! In this role you will be working closely and consulting with HR and Payroll business partners to provide technical solutions for their business processes. You will also be managing the SuccessFactors IT applications to sustain business operations, processes and systems. If you have experience with end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors HR – this is a BIG bonus because you will be assisting with overseeing and designing SAP features and functionality for a large global enterprise.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central – SAP Certified

  • Expertise in SuccessFactors EC business rule configuration

  • Dell Boomi administration and configuration (integration a bonus)

  • ABAP development

  • Familiarity with SAP Human Resources Personnel Management

  • Experience working and managing external vendors & consultants

  • Experience working in an enterprise level environment

Bonus/Soft Skills:

  • Could Platform integration experience

  • Human Resource and Payroll functional process knowledge

  • SuccessFactors EC Payroll (ECP)

  • Waterfall and/or Agile SDLC software development methodologies

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
