Business Project Manager
Contract to hire
Salt Lake City, Utah
Target Pay $48 - $58 per hour

Job Summary:
Work with a company that provides direct coordination to government entities for their travel arrangements across the USA. Coordinate with customers and internal staff and support groups to help clients meet their needs. Help create KPI's and growth of existing accounts for customer success. Collaborate and share out assignment workloads with internal support groups. Work directly with clients to also help establish realistic deliverables.

The work is done in the satellite office in Utah, while there would be occasional travel to the corporate office back East.

Required Skills:
  • 6+ years of Project Management experience on the business side of software solutions.
    • Strong experience working with external customers
    • Strong experience relaying and coordinating business needs to internal support, administrative, and financial staff
    • Experience managing client accounts, establishing timelines and overseeing deadlines for clients.
  • Expertise with full suite of Microsoft Solutions & Office products such as
    • MS Project, Sharepoint, PowerPoint, etc...
  • Experience doing analysis and preparing Metrix solutions / KPI's / progress to leadership within the company.
  • Experience working in, or supporting travel (through a sub-contract vendor) in the Government travel space.
  • Experience with Project Management principles, methodologies, and tools from PMI
  • Bachelors Degree
