Job Description

Position:  Marketing Associate  
Location: South Jordan, UT
Status:  Permanent (Direct Hire)
Salary:  DOE


We are actively seeking for a Marketing Associate to join our Corporate Headquarters in our South Jordan, UT office.
 
Responsibilities:
  1. Manage entire Enterprise's Social Media Platforms, including (but not limited to) Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, with a heavy focus on LinkedIn in order to gain viewership, engagement, create a social community around the ConsultNet brand and funnel leads to sales team.
  2. Write copy as a ghost writer for the Company's blog page. Editing and distribution across all ConsultNet's social media platforms and website is expected.
  3. Event planning; Conceptualize, negotiate, plan and execute various events in the local market. Assist other markets when needed with promotional items to create buzz.
  4. Manage creative content- all marketing content and collateral for the sales team, HR group, recruiters, etc. Create content/collateral as needed- must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator. Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects is a bonus skill.
  5. Work hand in hand with developer to proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues for ConsultNet's website. Must be familiar with Wordpress platform and updating content + plugins regularly.
  6. In addition, must be familiar with technical terms and understanding of website design and functionality.
  7. Design Graphics for Social Media Accounts, Presentations, One Pagers, etc. that reflect the brands overall messaging and design.
  8.   Monitor industry news and developments as well as monitor competitors and industry leaders for emerging trends and platforms.
  9. Assist in updating the applicant tracking system.
  10. Assist with the creation of new workflows and data entry into the system.
  11. Perform a variety of sourcing techniques that include searching job boards, internal database, LinkedIn networking and passive recruiting techniques.
  12. Write news releases as needed for ConsultNet, to be published to external audiences.
  13. Design Presentations for RFPs as needed, experience in Microsoft PPT is needed.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in related disciplines Marketing Communications etc.
  • 1 -3 years of experience in Marketing, Marketing Support.
  • Proficiency in the technologies such as Adobe Creative Suite, especially PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator. Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects is a bonus skill.
  • Graphics Design background is a huge plus. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
