Network Administrator

Active Secret Clearance Required

Seeking self-motivated professional to provide Information Technology (IT) support across the corporate infrastructure. TheNetwork Administratorwill operate as the primary point of contact for all working IT needs. This includes working directly with users and across all business lines to ensure that all computer hardware and software, as well as virtual and physical networks and servers, operate efficiently and consistently with minimal disruption or downtime.

Required Skills and Experience Include:

5+ years' experience

  • Installing programs, configuring networks, and providing assistance to end users.
  • Installing, configuring, and supporting workstation software, hardware, and printers.
  • Executing system and network administration, design, documentation, implementation, and testing.
  • Researching and executing software upgrades and security protocols.
  • Working in multiple areas of IT to include desktop support, hardware and software issue resolution and support, and network and server installation and maintenance.
  • Using Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Team Foundation Server, VMWare, Microsoft IIS Server, and Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Utilizing and fine-tuning routing, firewall, VPN, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance and monitoring tools.

Required Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related discipline, or equivalent years of work experience in these areas.

Preferred Skills and Experience include:

  • Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, PF Sense & Free PBX.
  • Experience or familiarity with information security best practices.
  • Experience with IT Project Management and/or leading IT Project initiatives from initial concept to design and implementation.
  • Related certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), and/or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) preferred.
