Job Description

Title:  Oracle Training & Transformation Lead
Location:  NYC/Princeton, NJ
Duration: 6+ months

Client is looking for an experienced Training Lead. In this role, the Training Lead will be working with Finance Business leaders and will be responsible for coordinating various workstreams training and communications for a large finance transformation project. The Training Lead will work with the PMO and help in planning and oversee the execution and delivery of the cloud-based Oracle modules training (system and non-system), change management and communication.

Job Description:

• Lead and organize all training development in company's scope (non-system learning)
• Lead and organize training reviews with process leads, PMO, leadership as needed, involving training support resources for development purposes
• Lead logistics and delivery plan for all training (system & non-system)
• Work with Corporate Communications as needed to assist with development and distribution
• Continue to update change impacts and changes by role/ journey materials
• Manage, maintain and execute training deliverables (TNA – Training Needs Analysis, Training Strategy, Training Curriculum)

• Experience leading training development and managing development resources
• Instructional design background / knowledge
• Knowledge of finance processes
• Experience working with vendors
• Ability to build relationships cross-functionally (Internal SPGI Learning team)
• Ability to think proactively, manage project tasks and problem solve
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Provide a positive image for face of the program
