SAAS Customer Success Associate (x2)
Salt Lake City, UT
6-12 Month Contract-to-Hire
Contract Rate: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Target Salary Upon Conversion: $50K - $70K
Job Description:
Our client is an Information Security SaaS organization. They are growing their migration team and looking for a self-starting, responsible, mature, highly-motivated Customer Success Associate who will work closely with a team of sales account executives, sales engineers and support management to ensure the satisfaction of new clients thorough their new product migration and/or implementation. This person will be the liaison between the end client and the product team through the entire migration lifecycle.

  • Work with our customers to help them through their technology needs

  • Schedule customer migrations as they are transitioned into a new service
  • Answer all questions related to changes / migrations for our customers
  • Follow up with calls and emails to our customers to ensure that the migration took place successfully
  • Obtain a deep understanding of customer business challenges - identify & propose solutions which will address their needs
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Support, Sales & Professional Services

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years demonstrated in a Technical Customer Success or Technical Support Engineer capacity
  • Experience with assisting clientele in implementing/migrating new SaaS Products
  • Proactive approach with strong attention to detail and organization
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and consistent over-achievement
  • Excellent time management skills

Bonus/Soft Skills:

  • Experience in the Identity Security, Information Security and/or Cyber Security space
  • A driver mentality and is a self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Team player mindset with a track record of building positive relationships with peers and others within a company
  • Excellent customer management skills; including sales, account management, and customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology or Business space
