Successful candidate will compile and prepare all statistical data/graphs for Sales Office semi-annual business plans and month-end reports. Create presentation templates for each Sales Office and incorporate statistical data/graphs into month-end templates to provide to Area Managers and Territory Sales Representatives. Ensure readiness for new Salesforce releases and technology. Train all new Salesforce users during the onboarding period, provide refresher training on all current users as needed and train all users on new functionality when appropriate. Perform ongoing interface with other systems. Create and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards and list views as needed. Data hygiene including, but not limited to: territory/account alignment, duplicate identification/eliminating, naming convention adherence, referral codes, account type, deletion of bounced emails, and creation/maintenance of email templates. Replicate changes to multiple Salesforce environments - development, UAT & production. Prepare multiple ad-hoc analyses, reports and special projects as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Minimum 2 years of Salesforce Administrator experience
  • Advanced/Expert level of proficiency in MS Excel
  • Intermediate or higher level of proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
