$16.50 to $19.00 per hour Swing Shift 2.00pm to 11.00pm
6 month contract to hire

Job Description:
Our client is seeking a swing shift 2.00pm to 11.00pm Tier 1 helpdesk support specialist to work Monday -Friday in the Salt Lake office. The Help-Desk Support will support the Salt Lake office and Provo office. The individual will take calls and help with tickets as they come in from internal staff with desktop and laptop questions and problems.

Required Skills:
  • 1+ years Helpdesk Support experience
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate on the phone
  • Experience with exchange, Windows, MS Office, Printers
