Title:  Vantage Deployment Analyst
Location:  NYC
Duration: 6-12 months

Purpose, Key Responsibilities, and Essential Functions of the position:
The Vantage Deployment Analyst position plays a major role in the Vantage Deployment program. The position will be responsible for supporting the Vantage system implementation as a member of the Vantage Deployment team and will partner with team members to provide support for functional and solution adoption activities through the Vantage deployment phases. The position will report to the Vantage Project Management Organization (PMO) / Global Delivery organization and will provide direct support for deployment implementation of Vantage Program SAP projects and initiatives in the North America region.
Key Functional Responsibilities:
Candidates for this role will require an understanding of the SAP transactions and related processes as well as demonstrating strong client facing, presentation and documentation skills.

 Challenges Faced:
The position will be required to support multiple teams and partner closely with the Vantage Deployment team, Deployment Project and Site levels, Vantage Functional teams, Vantage Leadership team and external agency team representatives.
The Vantage program is a highly visible and critical initiative for Company. Due to the challenging timeframes for Vantage Deployment activities, the extensive amount of interaction between the teams, project tracking, coordination and communication of risks, issues and action items is vital to the success of the program. The Project Manager will need to coordinate information gathering sessions and project planning activities efficiently
The position will need to be able to manage multiple projects concurrently and will interface with all levels of management across the teams.
Measurable Impact on the Organization:
The position has a contributor impact on the organization's operating budget and functionality and will have a significant impact on the success of the program.
This position reports directly to the Global Director – Vantage PMO / Global Delivery within the Vantage Program Management Office (PMO) and will interface with all levels of employees and management across the Vantage Program. The position will also closely support and report on a dotted-line basis to the appropriate Deployment Lead where appropriate in supporting the Vantage Deployment activities.
Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer or business related field of study. 
  • Accounting Qualification – Requires a qualified or part qualified accountant with at least 5 years of Accounting experience
  • SAP Experience – At least 3 Years of relevant SAP Experience i.e. In a SAP Related role.
  • SAP Training – Target to have at least FI/CO knowledge
  • Business Analyst – Must have experience as a Business Analyst at some point in the last two years
  • Experience with SAP tool functionality and deployment activities is preferred.
  • Understanding of financial system and processing, associated applications and financial systems data and systems processing is preferred.  
  • Experience partnering with IT teams and coordinating individuals from different disciplines and teams in a combined effort to achieve project success.
  • Experience partnering with all levels of management in both IT and functional areas is required.
  • Adaptability and willingness to travel to support deployment activities as requested across the countries in the LATAM region
  • Flexibility required with regard to working hours.

  • Ability to demonstrate written and oral communication skills to communicate information clearly, concisely and accurately to deployment teams and all levels of management within the program.


  • Ability to understand system functions and business processes and identify and develop business specifications and associated test cases to support the system enhancements for the appropriate project deployment activities


  • Accounting Qualification – Requires a qualified or part qualified accountant with at least 5 years of Accounting experience
  • SAP Experience – At least 3 years of relevant SAP Experience i.e. within an SAP related role
  • SAP Training – Target to have at least FI/CO knowledge


  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and partner with business owners to identify project scope and changing priorities


  • Ability to communicate and manage the expectations of customers effectively, at all levels within the organization.


  • Specific knowledge of financial accounting technical systems and solutions.


  • Ability to write clear, concise and accurate reports, meeting summaries and related documents in Spanish and English


  • Ability to work effectively in a team based environment.


  • An understanding of the advertising and media industry.


  • Experience with Global or International SAP system deployments
