Job Description

Vice President of Risk Management
Direct Hire
Utah offices, work remote for now
Target Pay $160k base salary, plus bonus & stock options


Summary:
This role is to develop, lead, updated and continually evaluate the risk and compliance culture of this financial technology company. Work closely with and conformity to the state, federal and local government regulations. Lead and oversee the teams that develop and administer information security, business continuity, fraud and financial crimes. Develop business Risk best-practices within the organization across multiple groups.



Required
  • 10+ years Risk Management within the FinTech industry
  • 5+ years leading Risk Management & Compliance in an enterprise environment (1,000+ employees)
  • Extensive experience with Business Continuity and Resiliency working with publicly traded entities
  • Working knowledge of Client and SEC rules and regulations
  • Experience building controls across an enterprise organization
  • Bachelors degree minimum, advanced degree preferred.

Environment:
Work remote for now until some time 2021
Then onsite at a facility in Southern Salt Lake county
